ooooooh man, do i have a lot to update on...
ok well basically just leadership camp but it takes a lot of room because it was so amaaaazing!!
ok anyways..so there was a lot of stuff that we did the first day, that i dont really remember, but it was all that getting to know everyone else stuff that you always do on the first days of things.. but then, we did low ropes which were by faaar my favorite thing there..so basically you had initiative teams and you had to solve all these problems as a team and how to work stuff out..for example we had to cross 3 platforms without touching the ground and we had to put people through a tire, and walk on a log and stuff like that..and we had to make this A-frame move just by using ropes, and we had to walk on wires..it was quite exciting i must say...
soo then we had dinner (all the food was surprisingly good..) and then we had some more motiviational speeches, our talent show thing, and the ice cream social..and we got to know our room mates a little better..i loved my roomies...jenn, yihharn, megan, and maura you guys are amaazing, and camp wouldnt have been the same without youu!
the second day was a lot more individual testing, which sadly, im not very good at..we had to climb on top a telephone pole and then jump off of it and grab a trapeze bar! yeah..i fell..but dont worry, there were harnesses...so then the other part of it was really high up and you had to walk across wires and logs and go down a zipline and i just couldnt do it.. but paige and nyssa helped me out, and we had fun on the ground with eduardo haha i love you twoo!
then we came back for dinner and we had more speeches and things, and then our amazing dance party haha..
but i cant even describe to you all how amazing leadership camp is..if you ever have the opportunity to go, you should, cause its definetly a life changingexperience
so this was a really long post..
